<br />DCB:sh 9/10/85 <br /> <br />REVOCABLE PERMIT <br /> <br />GRANT OF <br />CONSTRUCTION <br />CANOPIES <br /> <br />REVOCABLE ENCROACHMENT PERMIT <br />OF FENCE, BUS SHELTER, AND <br /> <br />FOR THE <br />SIDEWALK <br /> <br />Pursuant to the provisions of Resolution No./OO/7of the <br /> <br />Council of the City of Redwood City, adopted September 2L, <br /> <br />1985, permission is hereby granted to Milton Meyer and Company <br /> <br />(hereinafter called "Permi ttee"), described as in Exhibit "A" <br /> <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference, said <br /> <br />real property abutting Massachusetts Avenue to construct a <br /> <br />masonry fence, bus shelter, and sidewalk canopies on City-owned <br /> <br />property (hereinafter called the "subject premises"), to wit, <br /> <br />that certain real property situate in the City of Redwood City, <br /> <br />County of San Mateo State of California, more particularly <br /> <br />described in Exhibit "A". <br /> <br />This permit is granted subject to the following terms and <br /> <br />conditions: <br /> <br />1. <br /> <br />Permi t Revocable. <br /> <br />This permit does not constitute a <br /> <br />deed, grant of easement, lease, conveyance or transfer of any <br /> <br />property interest and is revocable without cause at any time at <br /> <br />the will of the Council of the City of Redwood City, effective <br /> <br />immediately upon giving notice of such revocation to Permittee. <br /> <br />2. Improvement. Permittee shall maintain, keep in repair, <br /> <br />and/or reconstruct as necessary, as further provided herein, the <br /> <br />fence, bus shelter, and sidewalk canopies as constructed on the <br />real property described in Exhibit "A". <br />
