The use of the above described <br /> <br /> <br />property by Permittee shall be limited solely to masonry fence, <br /> <br /> <br />bus shelter, and sidewalk canopies and related uses as set forth <br /> <br />in the permit. <br /> <br />4. Improvement Compliance. The said fence, bus shelter, <br /> <br /> <br />and sidewalk canopies and related uses shall be maintained, <br /> <br /> <br />repaired, and/or reconstructed in conformance with all applicable <br /> <br /> <br />laws, statutes, ordinances, rules and regulations, and said <br /> <br />maintenance, repair, and/or reconstruction shall be performed to <br /> <br />the satisfaction of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> <br />5. Cost of Maintenance. The maintenance, repair, and/or <br /> <br /> <br />reconstruction of said fence, bus shelter, and sidewalk canopies <br /> <br />and related uses shall be at the sole cost and expense of <br /> <br /> <br />Permittee and Permittee shall maintain said fence, bus shelter, <br /> <br /> <br />and sidewalk canopies in a state of good repair and in a neat and <br /> <br /> <br />attractive condition, likewise at its own cost and expense. <br /> <br />6. Manner of Maintenance. Permittee shall carefully <br /> <br /> <br />maintain, repair, and/or reconstruct said fence, bus shelter, and <br /> <br />sidewalk canopies and related uses in such manner as not to <br /> <br />damage, interfere with, or obstruct the use of City-owned real <br /> <br />property not included in this permit adjacent to and abutting the <br /> <br /> <br />subject premises. <br /> <br />If Permittee so damages, interferes with, or obstructs the <br /> <br /> <br />use of City-owned real property not included in this permit, <br /> <br /> <br />Permittee shall bear all costs and expense thereby incurred by <br /> <br /> <br />said City, agents, employees, contractors or subcontractors, and <br /> <br />Permittee shall reimburse said City, agents, employees, <br /> <br />2 <br />
