<br />DCB:sh 9/10/85 <br /> <br />operations of the City of Redwood City, or with any use by the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City of the subject premises. <br /> <br />8. <br /> <br />Removal of Improvement. <br /> <br />Permittee acknowledges and <br /> <br />agrees that upon revocation of this permit Permittee shall, at <br /> <br />its own cost and expense and upon request so to do by City, <br /> <br />remove said fence, bus shelter, and sidewalk canopies described <br /> <br />in paragraph 2 hereof. <br /> <br />9. Release. Permittee shall be responsible and liable for <br /> <br />all damages to persons or property, including the injury of death <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />persons, <br /> <br />due <br /> <br />directly <br /> <br />or <br /> <br />indirectly <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />Permittee's <br /> <br />construction and/or maintenance of the said fence, bus shelter, <br /> <br />and sidewalk canopies and the use permitted hereunder, and shall <br /> <br />promptly pay any just claim therefor and shall hold the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City, <br /> <br />its Council, <br /> <br />officers, <br /> <br />boards, <br /> <br />commissions, <br /> <br />councilmen, agents and employees, harmless from all suits, <br /> <br />actions, damages, or claims to which said City may be subjected <br /> <br />by reason of said construction and/or maintenance of said fence, <br /> <br />bus shelter, and sidewalk canopies or encroachment or use thereof <br /> <br />permitted hereunder. <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />Insurance. <br /> <br />Permittee shall secure, carry and maintain <br /> <br />at all times in form and amount approved by the City Attorney <br /> <br />during the period covered by this revocable permit, at <br /> <br />Permittee's sole cost and expense, public liability and property <br /> <br />damage insurance, which insurance shall be in the following <br /> <br />minimum amounts: <br /> <br />(a) $500,000 for injury or death of anyone person and <br />$1,000,000 for anyone occurrence; <br /> <br />4 <br />
