Pursuant to the provisions of paragraph 6 of the <br /> <br />Agreement the parties hereto hereby consent to the construction <br /> <br />of a public way substantially conforming to the configuration <br /> <br />shown on Exhibit "A" hereof, attached hereto and by this <br /> <br />reference <br /> <br />incorporated <br /> <br />herein, <br /> <br />subject <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />reasonable <br /> <br />modifications thereof as may be required by the California <br /> <br />Department of Transportation in the exercise of its jurisdiction. <br /> <br />2. Redwood City and Belmont, each for itself, hereby agree <br /> <br />to cooperate in good faith to obtain expeditious approval of the <br /> <br />configuration depicted upon Exhibit "A" hereof by the California <br /> <br />Department of Transportation. <br /> <br />3.
