<br />DES:djc 9/20/85 <br /> <br />EXHIBIT "I" <br /> <br />ADDENDUM TO AGREEMENT <br />RALSTON AVENUE FREEWAY INTERCHANGE ACCESS <br /> <br />THIS AGREEMENT made this <br /> <br />day of <br /> <br />, 1985, <br /> <br />by and between the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, a municipal corporation <br /> <br />of the State of California (" Redwood City"), and the CITY OF <br /> <br />BELMONT, a municipal corporation of the State of California <br /> <br />("Belmont") ; <br /> <br />WIT N E SSE T H : <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Redwood City and Belmont entered into an agreement <br /> <br />dated August 28, 1968 (the "Agreement") providing, among other <br /> <br />matters, for mutual rights and responsibilities with respect to <br /> <br />access to Frontage Road "A" and Frontage Road "B" in the vicinity <br /> <br />of the Ralston Avenue - U.S. Highway 101 Interchange located <br /> <br />partially wi thin the corporate limits of both Redwood City and <br /> <br />Belmont; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Agreement provides that Redwood City and <br /> <br />Belmont shall meet and confer prior to any realignment of, or the <br /> <br />construction of any street, road, highway, bridge, overpass or <br /> <br />other similar public way which is or may be designed to intersect <br /> <br />with or cross that certain boundary line designated "B Area <br /> <br />Boundary" shown upon Exhibit "A" of the Agreement; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the parties have met and conferred with respect to <br /> <br />a proposed street and public way which would intersect and cross <br /> <br />said <br /> <br />"B Area Boundary" <br /> <br />line <br /> <br />and have <br /> <br />agreed upon <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />configuration thereof; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereto agree as follows: <br />
