WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City desires to acknowledge receipt of <br /> the Agreement and designate the Port Executive Director (Port Manager) as <br /> City's designee to implement the Agreement; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT: <br /> <br /> 1. This City Council of the City of Redwood City acknowledge the receipt <br />of that certain agreement entitled, "Standard Agreement - STD.2 (Rev. 5-91)," by <br />and between the City of Redwood City acting by and through its Board of Port <br />Commissioners and the Department of Boating and Waterways, for the receipt of <br />funding from the Department of Boating and Waterways, a copy of which <br />Agreement is on file in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Redwood City, to <br />which copy reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof. <br /> <br /> 2.
