2. Any and all informalities in the aforementioned bid of Municipal <br /> Maintenance Equipment, Inc. is, and each of them are, hereby waived. <br /> <br /> 3. All bids other than the aforementioned bid of Municipal Maintenance <br /> Equipment, Inc. are hereby rejected. <br /> <br /> 4.
