Event: An art, craft, and community fair called "The Climate Best Fest." <br /> <br />2. Revocation: This permit may be revoked at any time without cause by the <br /> City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />3. Non-Transferability: This permit is non-transferable. <br /> <br />4. Event Control: Those portions of the event taking place in the public right- <br /> of-way shall occur in a manner and shall be limited to that area designated by <br /> the Chief of Police. If the Chief of Police determines that the provision of <br /> police officers is required for the control or traffic in connection with said <br /> event, Permittee agrees to reimburse the City for the cost of the officers. <br /> <br /> 5. Location: The festival will require the closing of: (a) Broadway from Main to Winslow. <br /> (b) Jefferson from Marshall to Middlefield Road. <br /> (c) Middlefield from Marshall to Middlefield Road. <br /> (d) Wharf Street from parking lot to parking structure. <br /> (e) Hamilton from Marshall to Broadway (Saturday and Sunday). <br /> Hamilton from Broadway to Winslow (Sunday). <br /> <br /> <br />
