Research and review any existing biological documentation for the project <br />vicinity. <br />. Conduct a search of the California Natural Diversity Data Base (CNDDB) and <br />other databases as appropriate for potentially-occurring plant and animal <br />species. <br />. Provide an assessment of Redwood Creek's habitat functions, including as a <br />wildlife corridor and aquatic resource. <br />. Provide recommendations with respect to biological resource conservation, if <br />appropriate, and regulatory agency requirements. <br /> <br />The biological resources survey report will be submitted in administrative draft form to <br />the City for review and comment, and will include all necessary maps, photographs, and <br />technical appendices. The report will be suitable for use by the Planning Division in <br />determining project compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), <br />and will address the CEQA checklist questions relative to biology. Following receipt of <br />City comments, the report will be submitted in final form. <br /> <br />Term of Contract: The term of the contract shall be from December 2006 through April <br />2007. <br /> <br />Total Budget: The total budget for the scope of work shall be $5,427, which includes <br />labor and all reimbursable expenses.
