HOURLY RATES FOR NEW CITY AMERICA, INC. PERSONNEL - NOVEMBER 2006 The hourly rates listed below provided to the Redwood City Redevelopment Agency based upon the assumption that this is a time and materials contract, with deliverables expected by the end of May 2007. NEW CITY AMERICA PERSONNEL AND HOURLY RATE ESTIMATED TIME ALLOCATED SUB-CONTRACTORS FOR PROJECT Marco Li Mandri, President, $ 225.00 per hour 70 hours Project ManaQer Shirley Zawadzki, $ 90.00 per hour 10 hours Assistant Project Manaqer Monica Montes, Database Mapping $ 60.00 per hour 10 hours and Survey Work Chris Gomez, Design and Research $ 60.00 per hour 10 hours John Li Mandri, Staff support $ 30.00 per hour 1 0 hours OTHER PROVISIONS: o This is a time and materials contract with anticipated work product milestones. New City America, Inc. is an independent, private corporation established in the state of California, which specializes in business community assessment district formation, consulting and administration and will bear all payroll and personnel related costs; o Billings will be submitted on the 31 st of each month. Payments shall be due upon receipt. Billings shall be based upon delineated professional services provided, and reimbursement of direct expenses, (copies, postage, layout, travel, production, property database subscription services and administrative); o The terms and conditions of this contract shall be honored for 60 days commencing on the date of the cover letter. Each party shall retain the right to withdraw from the contract based upon unsatisfactory performance. Termination of the contract must be formalized through a written notification 30 days prior separation. o Checks are to be made payable to New City America, Inc. and shall be mailed to: New City America, Inc., 2130 Columbia Street, San Diego, CA 92101. 4
