Advise the Redevelopment Agency on current best practices used to <br />create a Downtown Redwood City District Management Corporation <br />to oversee all aspects of the revitalization of Downtown Redwood City. <br />Those recommendations, in the form of a report, would include, but <br />not be limited to: <br />. Non-profit organizational structure for the district management <br />corporation; <br />. Make up of the board of directors; <br />. Use of City grants, private grants and assessment district revenues to <br />ensure proper capitalization; <br />. Management of special events; <br />. Management and development of public spaces; <br />. Review of transportation links and ingress and egress to the district; <br />. Potential boundaries of the new district management corporation; <br />. Various budget scenarios for the Downtown district; <br />. Review of assets and liabilities of Downtown Redwood City; <br />.
