RESiGNAT10N An employee wishing to leave the service of the City in good standing shall file with the Palice Chief at least two {2} weeks notice of an intention to teave the service unless the Police Chief cansent5 to the emptoyee's leaving sooner. The written resignation shall state the effective date and reasons for leaving. The resignation shall be forwarded to the Personnet Officer, with a statement by the Potice Chief as to the resigned employee's service perforrrance and ather p�rtinent informatian concern�ng the cause for resignation.
