6.1 B <br /> Attachment I�age 11 <br /> 1. Providing any other necessary services, including ongoing <br /> monitoring of the Transaction after tlie sale of the Obligations and assistance to the City <br /> regarding the Transaction, generally expected of NGK&E not listed above. <br /> Compensation. <br /> Far provision of the services to be rendered pursuant to this Agreement relating to <br /> the financing of the Project, the City shall pay NGK&E a fee of $40,000, which includes <br /> reimbursement to NGK&E for any out-of-pocket expenses incurred by it in the course of this <br /> engagement, such as repraduction and printing costs, word processing rime, long distance <br /> telephone calls, travel at the request of tl�e City and similar items, but excluding publication <br /> costs. Said fee is payable only upon issuance of the Obligations, and shall be paid from proceeds <br /> thereof. <br /> In the event 1�TGK&E is requested to perform additional work outside of its narmal <br /> and customary services as bond counsel, sucl� as litigation, NGK&E will be paid additional <br /> compensation therefor following the submission of monthly, itemized bilis at the hourly rate of <br /> the attorney performing such services; provided, however, there shall be no additional <br /> compensation due NGK&E under tlle paragraph without the prior approval of the City. <br /> 2 <br /> 231576_I.DOC <br />
