2. This Council hereby accepts, adopts and commits to implement, the <br />San Mateo Countywide Stormwater Management Plan 1998-2003 and requests <br />that the San Mateo Countywide Stormwater Pollution Prevention Program's <br />("STOPPP") Coordinator submit this plan and the City's completed Survey Form <br />Sources of Agencies-Specific and General Program Stormwater Funding for the <br />STOPPP NPDES Permit Application Package to the San Francisco Bay <br />Regional Water Quality Control Board as part of the reapplication for NPDES <br />permit reissuance. <br /> <br /> 3.
