"Application Documents: TDA Article 3 Bicycle/Pedestrian Projects" for the <br />Project, a copy of which application is on file in the office of the Community <br />Development Services Director, to which copy reference is hereby made for the <br />full particulars thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby <br />authorized and directed to execute said application and such other documents <br />as may be pertinent, for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> 2.
