Sec. 12501 et seq.) established the AmeriCorps program and; Whereas, the State of California, through the Office of Planning and Research (OPR)/Governor's Office on Service and Volunteerism (the State) has entered into Cooperative Agreement No. 00ASFCA005 to implement the development of an AmeriCorps program within the State of California; Therefore the OPR/GO SERV desires to enter into the following agreement with Redwood City to implement the development of an AmeriCorps program in accordance with the Contractor's approved application to the GO SERV.
