RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A SALARY SCHEDULE AND <br /> WAGE PLAN FOR THE POSITIONS OF FIRE FIGHTER AND <br /> FIRE CAPTAIN; AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NC). 13301 <br /> AND ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS PERTAINING THERETO <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Effective January 14, 2001, the monthly salary rates in dollars, and <br />the hourly equivalent rates thereof, as set forth in Exhibit "A," attached hereto <br />and by this reference incorporated herein, are hereby established for each of the <br />employee positions within the employment classifications of Fire Fighter, Fire <br />Fighter-Light Duty and Fire Captain as set forth in Exhibit A for the designated <br />steps thereof for the pay period commencing January 1, 2001. <br /> <br /> 2. Effective January 13, 2002, the monthly salary rate in dollars, and <br />the hourly equivalent rates thereof, as set forth in Exhibit "B," attached hereto <br />and by this reference incorporated herein, are hereby established for each of the <br />employee positions .within the employment classifications of Fire Fighter, Fire <br />Fighter-Light Duty, and Fire Captain as set forth in Exhibit B for the designated <br />steps thereof. <br /> <br /> 3. Effective January 12, 2003, the monthly salary rates in dollars, and <br /> <br />the hourly equivalent rates thereof, as set forth in Exhibit "C," attached hereto <br />and by this reference incorporated herein, are hereby established for each of the <br />employee positions within the employment classifications of Fire Fighter, Fire <br /> <br />F:Atty/Reso/Reso,t 342 1 <br />111302 <br /> <br /> <br />
