Effective January 11, 2004, the monthly salary rates in dollars, and <br /> the hourly equivalent rates thereof, as set forth in Exhibit "D," attached hereto <br /> and by this reference in¢orporeted herein, are hereby established for each of the <br /> employee positions within the employment classifications of Fire Fighter, Fire <br /> Fighter-Light Duty, and Fire Captain as set forth in Exhibit D for the designated <br /> steps thereof. <br /> <br /> 5. Effective January 9, 2005, the monthly salary rates in dollars, and <br /> the hourly equivalent rates thereof, as set forth in Exhibit "E," attached hereto <br /> and by this reference incorporated herein, are hereby established for each of the <br /> employee positions within the employment classifications of Fire Fighter, Fire <br /> Fighter-Light Duty, and Fire Captain as set forth in Exhibit E for the designated <br /> steps thereof. <br /> <br /> 6. Employees granted part-time appointments to positions in the <br /> employment classifications of Fire Fighter, Fire Fighter-Light Duty and Fire <br /> Captain as set forth in Exhibits A, B, C, D and E hereof, shall be compensated <br /> on an hourly basis in accordance with the salary rates set forth in said Exhibits <br /> for the periods therein designated. <br /> <br /> 7.
