REQUISITE INFORMATION. CHARGES. <br /> <br />The parties acknowledge that use of Authority's Sewerage Facilities is subject to <br />certain terms and conditions of, and regulations pertaining to, the Clean Water <br />Construction Grant program provided under the Federal Water Pollution eontrol Act <br />Amendments of 1972 (P.L. 92-500, 33 U.S.C. 991151 et seq.), as amended, and federal <br />and state (including state funding) enactments implementative thereof. Accordingly, use <br />charges for costs of operation and maintenance of Authority's Sewerage Facilities must <br />be established in accordance with said regulations. Woodside hereby agrees to furnish <br />Authority all information required by it in order for Authority to comply with said federal and <br />state regulations and, further, Woodside agrees to establish and maintain user charges <br />complying with Authority's revenue program enacted in compliance with said regulations. <br />XIV. PROHIBITED DISCHARGES. <br /> <br />.Woodside shall not discharge or pennit to be discharged either directly or indirectly <br />into District and City's or Authority's Sewerage Facilities any sewage or other matter which <br />is prohibited by City's Uniform Sanitary Sewerage Ordinance, Authority's regulations, or <br />which otherwise threatens to cause. or will cause, damage to City's or District's, or <br />Authority's respective Sewerage Facilities. Woodside hereby grants to Authority and City <br />the power to take all necessary action to cease or terminate any such discharge. <br />XV. UNAUTHORIZED DISCHARGES. Woodside shall notify Authority, District and eity <br />immediately upon ascertaining that sewage or other materials or substances have been <br />deposited into Woodside's Sewage Facilities in violation of the Unifonn Sanitary Sewerage <br />Ordinance effecting in Woodside's or City's Service Areas. respectively, or in violation of <br />Authority's regulations.
