<br />1 . The Preamble of the License Agreement is hereby amended to reflect that the <br />Licensee is Brytus Group Inc. doing business as Tarboosh Restaurant. The <br />amended paragraph shall read as follows: <br />"THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT ("Agreement" or "License") shall be effective on <br />and is entered into as of , 200_, by and between: The <br />Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City, California hereinafter <br />referred to as "Licensor", and Brytus Group, Inc. doing business as Tarboosh <br />Restaurant, hereinafter referred to as "Licensee"." <br /> <br />2. Paragraph 3.1 is hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />"3. LICENSE PAYMENT <br /> <br />3.1 (a) Half of the $500 per month license fee shall be waived from <br />October 2009 through March 2010. During the months of April, <br />November, and December 2010, the license payment shall be $100.00 <br />per month. During the months of January through March 2011, the <br />license payments shall be $100.00 per month. <br /> <br />3.3 (a) The late charge equal to ten percent (100/0) of the base license <br />payment rate shall be waived from October 2009 through April 2010." <br /> <br />3. Paragraph 20.8 shall' be amended to include the following individual as a <br />recipient of any notice, request, demand, approval or consent given or required to be <br />given, and shall add personal service or electronic mail as an accepted means of <br />service. Paragraph 20.8 is amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />"20.8 Notice. Any notice, request, demand, approval or consent given or <br />required to be given under this Agreement shall be in writing and shall be <br />deemed to have been given when mailed by United States registered or certified <br />mail, postage prepaid, return receipt requested, to the Licensor or Licensee, as <br />the case may be, at the respective addresses stated below or to the last <br />changed address given by the party to be notified as hereinafter specified: <br /> <br />Licensee: <br />Tarboosh Restaurant <br />c/o Byrtus Group, Inc. <br />P.O.
