<br />DCB:sh 5/2/85 <br /> <br />by eminent domain and whose name and address appears in the last <br /> <br />equalized County Assessment Roll with respect to the property <br /> <br />described in Exhibit "A" of Exhibit "I" hereof, shall be heard on <br /> <br />the questions whether: <br /> <br />(a) The public interest and necessity require the above <br /> <br />mentioned project; <br /> <br />(b) The project is planned or located in a manner that will <br /> <br />be most compatible with the greatest public good and the least <br /> <br />private injury; and <br /> <br />(c) The property sought to be acquired is necessary for the <br /> <br />project. <br /> <br />3.
