<br />EXHIBIT "I" <br /> <br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />(Eminent Domain Proceedings) <br /> <br />TO: <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the City of Redwood <br />City will consider the adoption of a Resolution of Necessity for <br />the exercise of the power of eminent domain, and that said <br />Council intends to adopt said resolution in accordance with the <br />provisions of Article 2 (commencing with ~1245.210), Chapter 4, <br />Title 7, Part 3 of the Code of Civil Procedure. The property <br />proposed to be acquired by eminent domain is described in Exhibit <br />"A" hereof, attached hereto and by this reference incorporated <br />herein. <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that you are entitled to appear <br />and be heard at said hearing on the questions whether: (a) the <br />public interest and necessity require the project intended to be <br />acquired (to wit: acquisition o~ real property for road <br />right-of-way and associated reservoir purposes for the <br />Reconstruction of Seaport Boulevard as described in Exhibit "A"); <br />(b) the project is planned or located in the manner that will be <br />most compatible with the greatest -public good and the least <br />private injury; and (c) the property sought to be acquired is <br />necessary for the aforesaid project. <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that the hearing will be held at <br />the place and time, and on the date hereinafter specified: <br /> <br />Place: <br /> <br />Board of Supervisors Chambers <br />Hall of Justice and Records <br />401 Marshall Street <br />Redwood City, California <br /> <br />Time: <br /> <br />7:30 o'clock P.M. or <br />as soon thereafter as <br />the matter can be heard <br /> <br />Date: <br /> <br />Monday, June 3, 1985 <br /> <br />You may file a written request to appear and be heard.
