<br />SWC:sh <br />SWC:sh <br /> <br />4/30/85 <br />5/06/85R <br /> <br />reports, the Barton-Aschman study; the Planning Commission <br /> <br />Report; the testimony, both oral and documentary, made and <br /> <br />submitted at the public hearing on the proposed Specific <br /> <br />Plan; and all other matters deemed material and relevant to <br /> <br />the proposed Specific Plan. <br /> <br />(e) Changes or alterations have been required in, or <br /> <br />incorporated into the proposed Specific Plan (hereinafter in <br /> <br />this Resolution sometimes referred to as the "proj ect") <br /> <br />which mitigate or avoid the significant environmental <br /> <br />effects of the Project as follows (page references are to <br /> <br />the draft EIR unless otherwise indicated.): <br /> <br />(1) Air quality impacts associated with the Project <br />shall be mitigated and reduced to an acceptable <br />level by using dust control measures during <br />construction. (p.121) <br /> <br />( 2) <br /> <br />Hydrological impacts will be reduced to an <br />acceptable level, because the pond <br />referred to in the EIR has been donated <br />State for preservation purposes. (p.127) <br /> <br />habitat <br />to the <br /> <br />(3) Water quality impacts referred to in the EIR will <br />be mitigated in accordance with a Soils Study <br />prepared September 16, 1983. Water runoff from <br />the site will drain into Belmont Slough, as per <br />the recommendation of the Redwood City Department <br />of Public Works. (p.128) <br /> <br />(4) Biological/ecological impacts have been reduced to <br />an acceptable level because the salt-marsh pond <br />area has been donated to the State, and will be <br />preserved from disturbance by the Project.
