The property has been annexed <br />to Redwood City General Improvement District No. <br />1-64 ("GID 1-64"), and the Developer will be <br />required to pay a Facilities Fee pursuant to a <br />development agreement, for financing construction <br />of certain public improvements without the <br />necessity of insuring GID 1-64 bonded <br />indebtedness. (p.135) <br /> <br />(7) Impacts relating to fire services will be reduced <br />to acceptable levels by implementation of those <br />measures listed on pp. 138-139, including the <br />installation of sprinklers in all buildings. <br /> <br />(8) Recreation impacts will be mitigated by <br />construction of public access improvements around <br />the perimeter of the site. (p.140) <br /> <br />(9) Impacts relating to aesthetics will be minimized <br />by restricting the height of buildings to four (4) <br />stories.
