As a

result, the Developer will be required to mitigate traffic

impacts of the Project to the fullest extent feasible. The

mitigation measures are set forth in the Traffic Study at

pp. 12-14 and the Barton-Aschman study, and include the

redesign of the Project so that the main entrance to the

Project will be at Bridge Parkway, which will be four (4)

lanes into the Project.

Additional mitigation measures

include widening Redwood Shores Parkway to four (4) lanes

and reserving land along Marine World Parkway for possible

future widening to eight (8) lanes.

Various intersections

along Marine World Parkway will be signalized, as suggested

by the Traffic Study.

In addition, in order to further

reduce traffic impacts at peak hours, and to encourage the

Developer to establish an aggressive transportation system

management program, the number of parking spaces in the

proj ect should be reduced in accordance with the Policy

adopted by the Planning Commission on April 16, 1985, in

approving a Planned Development Permit for the Marine World

Executive Park (which policy is described in the minutes of

said meeting, reference to which is made for the particulars

thereof).
