All laws applicable to the collection and enforcement of said ad valorem property taxes shall be applicable to said special benefit assessment levy, and the assessed lot or parcel of property, if sold for taxes, shall be subject to redemption in the same manner as such real propertv is redeemed from the sale for ad valorem property taxes, and if not redeemed, shall in like manner pass to the purchaser. 7. That the exterior boundaries of the Seaport Centre Maintenance District are shown on a map on file in the office of the City Clerk entitled "Proposed Boundary Seaport Centre Maintenance District", dated January 1985, and said property is more particularly described as follows: All that certain real property situated in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California, being Parcels 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, la, 11, and 12 as shown on that certain map entitled "Seaport Centre Subdivision of Parcel A 'Amended Map' of Parcel Map No. 82- 1" which map was filed for record in the office of the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo on August 31, 1984 at Volume 112 of Subdivision Maps at Pages 4, 5, and 6. 8. That the City Manager hereby is directed to maintain the portion of the public improvements and appurtenant facilities described as "Levees" under paragraph 3 of this resolution in a condition and to such standard as the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) may prescribe from time to time, which standard as a minimum shall include inspection not less frequently than bi-annually by a registered engineer. 9. That the City Clerk shall forward a certified coPy of this Resolution to the Director of Public Works and Director of Finance of this City and to the officer designated by law to extend ad valorem property taxes upon the tax roll on which they are collected. * * * * * * -4- 9 859
