<br />jES:djg-c 4/18/85 <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9 8S 8 <br /> <br />Oi(lGINAL <br />APR 2 2 1985 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ENDORSING RECOMMENDATIONS OF MOBILEHOME RENT <br />STABILIZATION STUDY COMMITTEE AND COMMENDING SAID COMMITTEE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, as a result of certain concerns between mobilehome <br /> <br />park owners and tenants thereof brought to the attention of this <br /> <br />Council a Mobilehome Rent Stabilization Study Committee (the <br /> <br />"Commi ttee") was established to review said concerns and make <br /> <br />recommendations pertaining thereto; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Committee has extensively studied the needs, <br /> <br />concerns and interests of mobilehome owners, the mobilehome park <br /> <br />owners and other private interests; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Committee has concluded its deliberation and <br /> <br />has submitted its report and recommendations to this Council; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to accept said report and <br /> <br />endorse the recommendations as a reasonable resolution of the <br /> <br />private interests involved, and to commend the Committee for its <br /> <br />service to the community; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. This Council hereby accepts the report of the Committee <br /> <br />and endorses the recommendations of the Committee as a reasonable <br /> <br />resolution of the concerns between mobilehome owners, mobilehome <br /> <br />park owners, and other private interests reviewed by the <br /> <br />Committee.
