<br />ryES:djg-c 4/18/85 <br /> <br />hereby made <br />acknowledged <br /> <br />for <br /> <br />the full <br /> <br />particulars thereof, are <br /> <br />of the recommendations <br /> <br />hereby <br />of said <br /> <br />as <br /> <br />implementive <br /> <br />Committee: (i) lease form for use between mobilehome park owners <br /> <br /> <br />and mobilehome owners entitled, "Long Term Lease"; (ii) <br /> <br />description of rental assistance and subsidy program for needy <br /> <br />mobilehome park residents entitled, "Voluntary Rental Subsidy <br /> <br /> <br />Program" and (iii) dispute resolution procedure entitled, "Intra <br /> <br />Park Mediation Commi ttee Manual". This Council further <br /> <br /> <br />acknowledges that implementation of, and adherence to, the said <br /> <br /> <br />recommendations by the private interests involved shall be <br /> <br /> <br />voluntary and endorsement hereby shall not be deemed regulatory, <br /> <br />directory, or otherwise an exercise of municipal authority. <br /> <br /> <br />2. The Committee is, and its individual members, including <br /> <br /> <br />Council member Gerald Chandler, Council member Robert Bury, <br /> <br />Carolyn Duarte, Roland T. Jedlick, George Davenport, John <br /> <br /> <br />Grenalch, and City staff members assigned thereto, are hereby <br /> <br /> <br />commended for their excellent community service in providing a <br /> <br />forum for resolving concerns of a significant sector of private <br /> <br />interests in the City. <br /> <br />3.
