<br />EXHIBIT "A" <br /> <br />SC PE OF SERVICES <br /> <br />A. - Demolish existing bathroom / s ower stall walls and pan as required for scope of <br />work and remove debris from pr perty. <br />B. Notify City of any signs of termit damage or activity during or after demolition work <br />and allow for treatment by Abate ent Contractor of City's choice, at City's expense, <br />prior to commencing repair work. <br />C. - Repair / replace wood framing s needed to remove all dry rot, water damaged or <br />termite damaged material in this rea using Pressure Treated Douglas Fir 2" x 4" or <br />6"s as required. <br />D. - Provide and install pressure re ulated valve, American Standard, Reliant + <br />Pressure Balance with Screwdri er stops. Chrome Finish. (to be supplied by City of <br />Redwood City.) <br />E. - Provide and install, hot tar me brane for shower pan. (See plan detail 7 , "Shower <br />Wall on Curb" provided for items E, F, and G. Attachment # 1) <br />F. - Provide and install 5/8" water r sistant Gypsum board and one coat fire tape. <br />G. - Provide and install smooth coa mud float to match existing baths for painted walls. <br />H. - Provide and install 2" x 2" cera ic tiles to match existing baths. Tiles to be set on <br />a %" mortar base with moisture arrier. <br />I. - Prime and paint bathroom.
