The territory hereby so detached, withdrawn from <br /> <br />Emerald Lakes Highway Lighting District and annexed is described <br /> <br />as all the territory situate in the County of San Mateo, State of <br /> <br />California, bounded and more fully described on Exhibit "A" <br /> <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. <br /> <br />5.
