6.1 Section — Motions - <br />A. License Agreement between the Redevelopment Agency and Tarboosh <br />Restaurant. CITY COUNCIUREDEVELOPMENT AGENCY <br />Council Member Howard thanked Redevelopment staff for being instrumental in the <br />lease of the land adjacent to the Post Office that will now be an attractive landscape <br />and seating space. She also thanked Tarboosh for their interest in providing a safe <br />pedestrian access to the walkway, to maintain the side and front of the building, and <br />keep it esthetically pleasing. <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve the License <br />Agency Executive Director to <br />necessary for execution. (405) <br />6.3 Section — Claims and Warrants <br />Agreement and authorize the Redevelopment <br />make any "non- substantive" modifications as <br />MINUTE ORDER 07 -017 <br />RD MINUTE ORDER 07 -002 <br />A. Approve warrants dated through February 5, 2007 and usual and necessary <br />payments through February 26, 2007. (303) MINUTE ORDER 07 -018 <br />Vice Mayor Foust and Council Member Hartnett recused themselves and left the Council <br />dais due to a conflict of interest. <br />6.2 Section - Resolutions <br />A.
