This Council having determined that the applicant, Jim E. <br /> <br />Keller has fully complied with all necessary requirements of <br /> <br />Chapter 33 of the Code of the City of Redwood City, hereby grants <br /> <br />a Certificate of Public Convenience to the aforesaid Jim E. <br /> <br />Keller. <br /> <br />3.
