Subdivision (c) of Section 1 of Rule XIII of the <br /> <br />Personnel Rules and Regulations of the City of Redwood City is <br /> <br />hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> <br />"Section 1. Vacation Leave: <br /> <br />"(c) Vacation Leave with pay shall be <br /> <br />credi ted to department heads and all personnel <br /> <br />assigned <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />employment <br /> <br />classificat_ions <br /> <br />enumerated in Section 2.2 of Rule XII at the <br /> <br />yearly rates of accrual for each full year of <br /> <br />service set forth immediately across therefrom in <br /> <br />the following schedule: <br /> <br />Rate of Accrual <br /> <br />Years of Service <br /> <br />(Expressed in Working <br />Days per Year and <br />Hours per Year) <br /> <br />10 days <br />15 days <br />20 days <br /> <br />( 80 hours) <br />(l20 hours) <br />(160 hours) <br /> <br />1 through 4, inclusive <br />5 through 14, inclusive <br />15 and above <br /> <br />"In addition to the above specified vacation <br /> <br />leave, department heads shall receive six days <br /> <br />2 <br />
