Those provisions of Paragraphs 1 and 3, amending Section <br /> <br />2.2 of Rule XII, and Section 1 of Rule XIII, of the Personnel <br /> <br />Rules and Regulations of the City of Redwood City, respectively, <br /> <br />of Resolution No. 8571 entitled "Resolution Amending Section 2.2 <br /> <br />and Section 3 of Rule XII and Section 1 of Rule XIII of the <br /> <br />Personnel Rules and Regulations of the City of Redwood City <br /> <br />Relating to Non-accumulative Vacation for Management Employees" <br /> <br />which are inconsistent with the amendments provided hereunder (to <br /> <br />wit: amendments to Subdivision (a) of Section 2.2 of Rule XII, <br /> <br />and Subdivision (c) of Section 1 of Rule XIII of the Personnel <br /> <br />Rules and Regulations of the City of Redwood City) are hereby <br /> <br />rescinded. <br /> <br />Except as so rescinded, all other provision of said <br /> <br />Resolution No. 8571 shall remain in full force and effect. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />4 <br />
