This Council hereby requests that the Metropolitan <br />Transportation Commission, in its Fiscal Year 1984-85 allocation <br /> <br />of Transportation Development Act Article 3 funds, reallocate the <br /> <br />remaining balance of the Fiscal Year 1981-82 allocation to the <br /> <br />Ci ty of Redwood City for the construction of a bicycle bridge <br /> <br />across Redwood Creek. <br /> <br />3.
