It shall be unlawful for any person, including util- <br /> <br />ity companies, to erect, maintain or operate any pole, over- <br /> <br />head wire or associated structure ln any portion of any <br /> <br />public street, alley or way within Underground Utility <br /> <br />District No. 1984-1, except as specifically exempted as <br /> <br />follows: <br /> <br />a) Ornamental street lighting system and appurten- <br />ances. <br /> <br />b) Fire alarm boxes <br /> <br />c) Traffic signal systems and appurtenances <br /> <br />d) Telephone system above grade splice boxes <br /> <br />e) One (1) utility pole in the utility easement, 10 <br />feet in width, within Lot 12 of Block 1, as shown <br />on that map entitled Grand Oak, Redwood City, Cali- <br />fornia, and recorded in the Official Records of San <br />Mateo County in Volume 36 of Maps at page 41. <br /> <br />6. Monday, May 14, 1984 at 7:30 p.m. (P.D.T.) at the <br /> <br />Board of Supervisors Chambers, Hall of Justice and Records, <br /> <br />401 Marshall Street, City of Redwood City, California, is <br /> <br />stated to be the time and place for hearing of objections <br /> <br />by persons interested in the formation of the district. At <br /> <br />said hearing the Council may make changes in the district <br /> <br />boundaries or the facilities to be placed underground, as <br /> <br />provided by Article II of Chapter 11 of the Code of the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />7.
