<br />BEGINNING at a point where the southeasterly line of Roosevelt Avenue,
<br />60.00 feet in width, interseets the southwesterly line of El Camino
<br />. Real, 100.00 feet in width as said intersection is described in that
<br />eertain "INDIVIDUAL GRANT DEED", filed in the offiee of the County
<br />Recorder of San Mateo County, July 22, 1941 in Book 976 of Official
<br />Records at Page 98.

<br />THENCE; southeasterly, along the southwesterly line of El Camino Real,
<br />S480 33'E a distanee of 35.05 feet to a point where the southwesterly line
<br />of El Camino Real intersects the southeasterly line of the lands described
<br />in that certain "INDIVIDUAL GRANT DEED", filed in the office of the County
<br />Reeorder of San Mateo County, June 1, 1981 under Recorder's File No.
<br />50233AS.

<br />THENCE; southwesterly, along the southeasterly line of said lands, S440 30'W
<br />a distanee of 95.42 feet, more or less, to a point on the northeasterly line
<br />of the lands deseribed in that certain "COMMUNITY PROPERTY ORDER AND ORDER
<br />APPROVING FEES", filed in the offiee of the County Recorder of San Mateo
<br />County, August 27, 1980 at Reel 7984, Image 2414.
