The
Draft Downtown Precise Plan
(Draft DPP} should limit the
height to three stories for a half
block inward, increasing to five
stories on the backside of the
block, facing Fuller. (1a,1s, 22, Pc
1, PG 15, PC 20)
Staff Recornmendation PC Recommendation
to the PC to City Council
,..... __.___T~_~ -- --- -- -
The Draft Downtown Precise Plan
appropriately addresses the
transition issue along Brewster. It
calls for a gradual height transition
from Brewster Avenue to the
Downtown. It requires athree-
story street wall along Brewster,
followed by five-story height limit,
and then eight stories along Fuller.
This transition is more sensitive
than the maximum height of seven
stories that the existing zoning
allows. See Exhibit 2.2.5 in the
Draft DPP, which shows street wall
and setback.
No change. Precise Plan
adequately addresses
issue.
No change. Approve
building heights along
Brewster as proposed in
the Downtown Precise
Plan
(three-story streetwall to
five-story, then to eight-
story)
~ These numbers cross reference the code numbers used in the Final EIR for correspondence and response to
comments.
1
a
v
co
m
cNn D
