See Section 2.5.4 <br />(Architectural Elements) of the <br />i Precise Plan <br />New Streets ' <br />Eliminate 60-foot wide new street <br />23 along RR tracks between Wilson <br />and Monroe, and around other <br />locations per staff <br />recommendations. (11, 24) <br />Plan to include definition <br />of "mini-park". See Item <br />20 above. <br />recommended text in the <br />Downtown Precise Plan. <br />Also amend the revise <br />the definition of "mini- <br />park". See Attachment <br />H _Open SQace. _ <br />No change to the No change. Approve <br />Precise Plan. More the Precise Plan as <br />discussion on Green proposed. <br />Buildings will be part of <br />the General Plan Update <br />Conservation Element . <br />Staff agrees that a major new <br />street is not needed in this <br />location. It can be replaced with <br />an approximately 20 ft. wide alley, <br />or "Lane." Anew right-of-way <br />typology (e.g. "Lane") with a <br />variable width (20 to 30 feet) <br />dependent upon function will be <br />established for this location and <br />possibly others. The intention of <br />this designation will be to provide <br />Amend Precise Plan <br />designating this street <br />on the 2.2.9 Corridor <br />Types Map as a "Lane." <br />Staff will also evaluate <br />what other streets could <br />have this same <br />designation.
