The DPP <br />will disallow drive-in uses by <br />requiring public frontage, <br />coverage, and shop front <br />articulation 'For buildings in the <br />Downtown. Drive-in uses are <br />prohibited in other areas of the <br />Downtown Precise Plan <br />(Neighborhood Center Retail and <br />Corner Store Retail). <br />Adult entertainment is governed <br />maximum to 25 ft. <br />minimum and 35 ft. <br />maximum. <br />Recommended by Staff. <br />The Planning <br />Commission did not <br />review or consider this <br />as the issue was raised <br />after the Planning <br />Commission meeting on <br />February 6. <br />Building Placement <br />Regulations Chart <br />2.7.12 (Front Setback <br />for Redwood Creek) <br />Eliminate "Prohibited <br />Uses", removing drive-in <br />uses, adult <br />entertainment uses, and <br />bail-bond offices.
