WHEREAS, Program Supplement No. 022 Rev. 1 to the aforementioned <br />agreement providing for the aforesaid funding has been presented to, and <br />reviewed by, this Council; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD <br />CITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. Program Supplement No. 022 Rev. 1 to the Master Agreement for <br />Federal-Aid Program entered into by and between the City of Redwood City and <br />the State of California, Department of Transportation, on October 3, 1977, in the <br />form of Exhibit "A" hereof, attached hereto and by this reference incorporated <br />herein, is hereby approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk are hereby <br />authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, said <br />Program Supplement No. 022 Rev. 1 for and on behalf of the City of Redwood <br />City. <br /> <br /> 2. The City Manager or his designee is hereby authorized and directed <br />to execute all applications, agreements, or other documents necessary or <br />appropriate to implement the aforesaid Program Supplement No. 022 Rev. 1. <br /> <br /> 3.
