Page ~ <br />TRA Associate Biologists Sara Krier and Teresa Kastner will complete the work. We expect to <br />deliver a report two weeks from the date the contract is signed. <br />The cost estimate for the biological assessment is $5,948, as detailed in the table in the <br />attached con#ract. This is an estimate; we will bill only the time and expenses spent. We will <br />not exceed this amount without prior approval from you. In order to da the work we will need a <br />map of the site, a description of the project, and permission to access the site. <br />If this proposal is acwreptable to you, please sign and retum a copy to TRA. We will then return <br />an executed copy to you. <br />This is a firm offer far a 60-day period, commencing February 27, 2007. If the schedule is <br />delayed for mare than six months, not due to the negligent errors or omissions of TRA or its <br />subcontractors, we reserve the right to update the budget and scope of work. <br />Thank you for calling on TRA.
