EXHIBIT B <br />COMPENSATION <br />DOWNTOWN PROGRAMMING <br />The fees for the services to be provided pursuant to this contract shall not <br />exceed $40,000 for the one-year term of the agreement and shall be paid <br />monthly on the 15t" of each month at the rate of $83.33 per hour for consultant, <br />assuming an average of forty (40) hours per month. <br />Payment will occur only after receipt by the Agency of invoices sufficiently <br />detailed to include hours performed, hourly rates and related activities and <br />reimbursable costs. <br />
