F. Recommend ideas to market the events and activities to <br />both local and regional residents and stakeholders. <br />G. Assist in the identification and development of a program to obtain <br />outside funding sources, including sponsorships and grants. <br />Phase Two: March and April, 2007 <br />Develop programs for the Summer and Fall seasons; submit budgets and <br />assist in implementation. Help program music and entertainment for <br />ongoing activities in Courthouse Square. <br />Phase Three: May through September, 2007 <br />Help oversee programs, consulting with stakeholders, festival producers <br />and city contacts as appropriate and necessary. <br />Phase Four: October through January, 2008 <br />Evaluate, with Redevelopment and other pertinent staff, activities that took <br />place during the year; formulate a plan for 2008 programs and support. <br />
