Any and all bids received by the City of Redwood City <br /> <br /> <br />for the abovementioned work, other than the bid mentioned in <br /> <br /> <br />paragraph 1 hereof, are hereby rejected. <br /> <br />3. The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br /> <br />enter into and execute on behalf of the City of Redwood City that <br /> <br /> <br />certain agreement entitled "Agreement" by and between the City of <br /> <br /> <br />Redwood City and Saldivar Construction, Inc. for the performance <br /> <br />of said work in accordance with the abovementioned bid proposal, <br /> <br />a copy of which agreement is presently on file in the office of <br /> <br /> <br />the City Clerk to which reference is hereby made for full <br /> <br /> <br />particulars concerning the terms and conditions thereof. <br /> <br />4. Any informality in the aforementioned bid of the <br /> <br /> <br />aforementioned Saldivar Construction, Inc. is hereby waived. <br /> <br />5. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />return to all unsuccessful bidders, and to the successful bidder <br /> <br /> <br />upon execution by it of a contract for the performance of said <br /> <br /> <br />work, all security guaranteeing execution of the contract upon <br /> <br />award. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />2 <br />
