EXHIBIT "A" <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES <br />The following Scope of Goods/Services are to be provided to City by <br />Contractor under this Agreement: <br />The Contractor's proposal entitled "Contract Planning Services for the <br />proposed Graniterock Use Permit for installation of an asphalt drum plant <br />and shop/asphalt materials test lab building replacement project and initial <br />study/mitigated negative declaration" dated March 16, 2007 ("Proposal") is <br />attached to this Exhibit A and is incorporated by this reference.
