If, after completion of the Initial Study, or following <br />public review of the Mitigated Negative Declaration, it is determined that an Environmental Impact <br />Report must be prepared, a scope and budget augment will be required. Also, the proposed <br />budget is assumed to include only those meetings specified in the scope. Additional meetings <br />may be accommodated on a time and materials basis. The budget also assumes that the City of <br />Redwood City will prepare public notice mailing lists and will distribute all notices. The budget <br />shall not exceed the estimate without the express written permission of the City. <br />Thank you for your consideration.
