The specific findings supporting the determination that <br /> <br />such building is a public nuisance are as follows: <br /> <br />(a) The electrical wiring is hazardous due to fire, <br />heat and water damage. <br /> <br />(b) Gas has been leaking due to damaged gas pipes <br />which may result in an explosion. <br /> <br />(c) The electrical panels in the bar area and office <br />indicate heat, smoke and water damage. <br /> <br />(d) The electrical conduits in the bar area have <br />been damaged by intense heat and smoke. <br /> <br />(e) The electrical boxes have charred and exposed <br />bare wires. <br /> <br />(f) The florescent fixtures in the bar area and <br />office have been damaged by fire and water. <br /> <br />(g) All hall lighting fixtures are inoperable. <br /> <br />(h) The end of wires in the fixture ceiling boxes <br />are exposed. <br /> <br />(i) Porcelain fixtures have not been affixed to <br />the outlet boxes. <br /> <br />(j) Various extension cords have been plugged <br />together to provide power. <br /> <br />(k) Various light switches are inoperable. <br /> <br />(1) The Pacific Gas and Electric power lines <br />are not secured to building. <br /> <br />(m) There is no protection plate at the main <br />switch enclosure. <br /> <br />(n) The fire escapes are unstable and in poor <br />structural condition. <br /> <br />2 <br />
