The owner of the building at 2306 El Camino Real is <br /> <br />hereby directed to abate such public nuisance within thirty (30) <br /> <br />days from the date of this hearing by either (a) properly <br /> <br />reconstructing or repairing such building or (b) razing or <br /> <br />removing such building. <br /> <br />4.
