<br />SWC:eg <br /> <br />5/31/83 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9367 <br /> <br />JUN 6 1983 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AWARDING CONTRACT FOR THE FURNISHING OF <br />TREE TRIMMER TRUCK; AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION <br />OF AGREEMENT THEREFOR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 9333, adopted <br /> <br />April 18, 1983, the City Clerk called for bids for the furnishing <br /> <br />of one tree trimmer truck; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to said call, bids were received for <br /> <br />the furnishing of said equipment; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Mobile Hydraulic Equipment, Inc., Richmond, <br /> <br />California, is the lowest responsible bidder for the furnishing of <br /> <br />said equipment, and it is the intention of this Council to award <br /> <br />said bid to Mobile Hydraulic Equipment, Inc.; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The bid of Mobile Hydraulic Equipment, Inc., in the <br /> <br />total lump sum of Sixty-two Thousand Five Hundred Fifty and 65/100 <br /> <br />Dollars ($62,550.65), for the furnishing of one 1983 Ford F-700 <br /> <br />truck, with 1983 Teco-Saturn S5-50 Aerial Lift, and 1983 Monroe- <br /> <br />Patterson MP-132 Chip Dump Box, in accordance with the specifica- <br /> <br />tions therefor on file in the office of the City Clerk, is hereby <br /> <br />accepted and said bidder is hereby found and declared to be the <br /> <br />lowest responsible bidder for the furnishing of said equipment. <br /> <br />9367 <br />
